ICE PEA GREEN
MATERIAL:
* 100 gr. Green beans, soaked for 1 night and then boiled with 4 lime leaves until tender.
* 2 pieces of pandan leaves
* 500 cc of water
Dressing Santan:
* 200 gr. 5 white sugar with lime leaves cooked to boiling
* 500 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut
* Ice cubes to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
* Prepare the glass. Combine the green beans and coconut milk sauce.
* Mix well. Give ice cubes. Ready to serve.
